NARPO Essex – Good Health: the branches wish to help in the promotion of the good health of all their members.
To assist each other we ask that members consider writing blog articles about their experience of either, good or bad health. The idea is to help others understand your experience so they can be prepared for the things the future may hold for them. Ill-health affects all of us in one way or another, especially as we progress in years, so any insight into others experiences is always helpful.
